Individually designed
- Individually designed for a private Client for a ‘garden plot’ on a quiet residential road in Huddersfield.
- The construction and building techniques used were designed to achieve most of the criteria required for ‘Passiv Haus’ accreditation.
- Very bold and contemporary design with beautiful internal spaces.
- Design development required close consultation with Local Authority Planning Department. (Kirklees).
- S p a c e architecture and design obtained planning permission for the project and worked closely with the Client and builder during the construction phase and to ensure that Passiv Haus criteria were achieved.
- Completed 2014.
