The site was secured by the developer as the result winning a limited design / bid competition. Mick Dunn was the principle designer of the scheme and was responsible for obtaining planning permission whilst with another practice.
The scheme contains 34 mainly two bedroom apartments arranged around a small courtyard that retains a mature poplar tree.
Constructed using the ‘design and build’ procurement system, S p a c e architecture and design worked closely with the main contractor and provided all of the construction information.
