Phased conversion of a mill building
- Phased conversion of a mill building in Calverley near Leeds to provide contemporary office space for a market research company.
- Mick Dunn (whilst with other practices) worked closely with the Client over a number of years to deliver three quite different projects.
- The project shown is in a former weaving shed that had been used as a showroom /store and that measured 20 x 20 meters but had only two small windows on one side. The suspended ceiling installed by the previous tenant was removed and the original northlight roof windows were refurbished to provide a light filled and airy working environment for about thirty staff members.
