CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION
- Advising on the need for other consultants and the scope of their appointments –ie, establishing the ‘The Design Team’
- Developing drawings and specifications and incorporating the input of other consultants
- Organizing Design Team meetings
- Liaison with the relevant building control body to ensure building regulation compliance
- Advising on certain types of construction or non standard elements of design
- Coordination of construction information, structure, materials, setting out, new and emerging technologies
- Coordinating the finalized information provided by other consultants
- Providing approximate anticipated construction costs
- Advising on suitable builders / contractors
