OBTAINING TENDERS / QUOTATIONS / MANAGING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (BETWEEN CLIENT AND BUILDER)
- Carrying out initial discussions with builders to assess their suitability, work load and willingness to provide a quotation
- Issuing information to the approved list of builders/contractors and dealing with their queries
- Analysis of returned quotations and advising on which quotation should be accepted
- Assisting with the appointment of a builder/contractor
- Setting up a suitable building contract
- Administering a building contract and providing advice during the construction process
